Walmate has established a quality index assessment system for the entire supply chain process, which has covered incoming inspection, production control to finished product inspection, every process, every link in the chain follow a strict and meticulous standards. We Implements both regular and irregular inspections , and carryies out  operation strictly in compliance with relevant requirements.

In Walmate, we use the 8D model to identify, correct, and eliminate recurring problems.

We establishes a permanent corrective action based on statistical analysis of the problem and focuses on the origin of the problem by determining its root causes. And then  eliminate or minimize the occurrence of duplicate problems, and improve the efficiency of problem-solving, accumulate experience in problem-solving.
